How To Make Mountain Dew Glow

I've seen firsthand the wonders of diet coke and mentos.  Now comes glow-in-the-dark mountain dew!?!  Just add baking soda and peroxide according to the video.  Well, the ingredients are cheap so I'm going to have to verify this one myself :)

Blade Runner: The Final Cut - Movies - New York Times

Looks like there is going to be a 3rd version, 2nd Directors cut being released to mark the 25th anniversary of the best movie ever made.  The article offers some interesting insight into Ridley Scott and his original vision.

I've never paid quite so much attention to a movie, ever," Mr. Scott said in a telephone interview from Washington, where he's shooting a spy thriller. "But we had to create a world that supported the story's premise, made it believable. Why do you watch a film seven times? Because somebody's done it right and transported you to its world.

Containers street art

My friend Jeremy, an artist from Berlin, will be exhibiting some of his art at a unique gallery next month. Here is a sample of one of his images. For more details check out the link below.
On May Day, May 1st 2007 a 20ftx8ftx8ft shipping container will be dropped in the heart of Queen Street West art district. For 2 weeks only, this shipping container will act as a street art gallery space for the exhibit Containers. An individual, art project, free from any Institutional or Corporate participation. May Day, Containers street art, somewhere along Queen Street West.
